Captain David Hooks, Jr. is a USCG Licensed Captain, who is also First Aid and CPR Certified. Hooks has been fishing the Ocean Isle Beach area his entire life. He grew up fishing from Southport to Little River with his father, searching for Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout.
